- Watching our girls play sports, growing and selling perennials (outdoor plants that come up every year - flowers and hostas), having and going to garage sales, golfing, fishing, camping, skiing, bowling, remodeling our home, and shopping. My husband says my hobby is shopping and that I need to get a new hobby!

- "Patches" our calico cat that keeps sneaking outside to catch varmints. "Sammi" & "Bella" our female huskies who love car rides (Sammi likes to stick her head out of our front passenger window). They get everything full of fur! Someone once told me that all those hairs were 'love mementos'. I've since come to agree! We also have "Jonah" our beta fish. Periodically we have an occasional assortment of tadpoles, frogs, toads, turtles, minnows, wild baby bunny, baby squirrel etc. Not as much since the girls are older now.

- How did you end up working at the Q?
- First, God had us move for my husband's job from Howard to Marinette (where I knew no one). Loneliness drove me to join the Newcomers Club. There I took over the volunteer position of Events Coordinator ("party planner"). After 8 years we moved to Green Bay. I was a stay at home Mom for a few more years, doing A LOT of volunteering, and some babysitting. Then my husband told me about the job opening in the Events department at Q90 after he had heard about it from a fellow co-worker. I called the radio station and was asked to come in for an application. When I picked up the application, I had an interview. I was called to come in for a second interview. They called me, after they had made their decision, and told me the job was mine - I was speechless (a rare occasion)!
- Favorite Bible Passage:
- The one with "This too shall pass." OK, maybe this isn't in the Bible, but I've been told by a Pastor "they are good words." Seriously, "With God all things are possible" or something like that. You know I should be better at this, seeing I had to memorize bible passages for 5 years as a kid! Also, James 4:8 - Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
- My prayer for Q 90:
- I pray that God will look on Q90 FM with favor and bless the station...and help guide the staff and board. That Q90 will grow and reach even more cities and therefore be able to help others grow. That Q90 will make a difference in So many more lives, both young and old, around the world. I pray that parents will stay strong and lovingly enforce that their children only listen to clean positive music like Q90FM
- If you could add or change one thing to the Green Bay area, what would it be?
- I don't know. Green Bay, when you REALLY think about it is extremely blessed. It's a great place to live... after all it did win 'All American City', right? To give kids, teens more safe, clean places to have fun and interact face-to-face with each other! Maybe a dance club!!
- Who did you want to be like when you were growing up?
- My Grandma (Edna Dingeldein "Gommie"). She was like a second mom to me. She was punctual (which I need to work on), honest, caring, always sent everyone cards on Holidays, Birthdays, etc., and had a lot of love. She always thought of others!
- If you could meet one person past, present or future who would it be and why?
- I think I would like to meet my oldest daughter Heather in the future. I would talk to her about her life and her sisters' lives to make sure they are OK. I would ask her to look out for her sisters.
- If you were granted one wish, what would it be and why?
- I ("wish") pray for the 3 'H's for our girls. I pray for them to be Happy, Healthy, and to make it to Heaven. The old stand by "world peace' would be nice too! But I think all the pageants have that one covered.
- What was the last book you read, and when did you read it?
- My last book I read was The 5 Love Languages. I read it this spring. I also like to read books about miracles that happen to people. They make me feel good and I find them so uplifting. The stories remind me of all the things God does for everyone. I no longer use the word "coincidence". I usually have to read short stories, or I fall asleep if I sit still too long! My body is used to Go, Go, and drop over!
- If you could ask one question, what would it be, and how would you answer it?
- Q: Where will you go when you croak? A: Heaven; Q: What should you do when you're feeling down? A: Look up!; OK, so I gave 2, I always have a lot to say. Just ask Scotty and the gang!
- If you could spend a whole day with somebody famous, who would it be and why?
- Never really thought about it...maybe Pat Robertson. I would have a list of questions for him from myself and friends and family. I got his book 'Bring it on' where he answers questions that people have asked him about anything and everything.
- What's your favorite candy and soda?
- Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chocolate, especially Seroogy Meltaway candy bars and Symphony candy bars, and Dr. Pepper, and A & W Root beer (I don't drink a lot of pop, but I do crave the fizz every once in a while).
